• Train and mentor team members in proper landscaping techniques and equipment usage.
• Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Build strong relationships with team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape construction is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with landscaping work, including lifting heavy materials.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with landscape design principles is a plus.
• Valid driver's license may be required for transportation of crew and equipment.
