Southern Exposure Landscape Management, Inc. is looking for a skilled Landscape Construction Foreman to join our growing team. We’ve been building high-quality outdoor spaces across Northern Colorado for over 25 years. What You’ll Do

• Lead a construction crew on high-end residential and commercial projects
• Plan daily and weekly tasks in coordination with the Construction Supervisor
• Keep your crew productive, efficient, and focused on quality
• Stay ahead of material and equipment needs to avoid job delays
• Walk job sites daily to ensure work is on track and up to standard
• Train and guide new crew members — lead by example
• Recognize strong performance and give constructive feedback
• Support shop and yard organization and general company operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid background in landscaping, construction, or hardscaping
• Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious
• Ability to motivate and manage a team
• Bilingual is required (English and Spanish)
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
