Landscape Construction Crew Leader

Landscape Construction Team Members complete landscape installation and construction projects. The Crew Leader role is a hands-on position, which allows full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field. Crew Leaders are also responsible for preparing equipment, directing, and developing.

Requirements

* 1-2 years of professional landscape installation experience

* Experience with skid steer operation and other landscape-related equipment preferred

* Supervisory experience and leadership skills required for Crew Leader position

* Drivers license or the ability to obtain one required for Crew Leader position

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals

* Desire to grow and improve

* Well-developed time management skills

* Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time

* Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period

* Smartphone required
