Landscape Branch Manager - Santa Fe

Santa Fe Branch Manager Summary: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the total operations of a Green Summit Landscape Management branch, including field operations, account management, budgeting, team development, and client relationships. This role ensures that both customer satisfaction and branch profitability are consistently achieved through operational excellence and strong leadership. Reports to: VP of Business Development Client and Business Management: * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

* Proactively manage a book of business alongside by following Green Summit Landscape Management Customer Services best practices.

* Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met across maintenance, irrigation, spray, and enhancement services.

* Conduct site inspections and client walkthroughs to assess quality and identify improvement opportunities.

* Support the renewal of all existing contracts and contribute to business development efforts.

* Achieve enhancement and irrigation revenue goals through proactive selling. Ensuring branch revenue and growth goals are met.

* Collaborate with Field Operations and Irrigation teams to scope, price, and propose value-added services.

* Work closely with the Business Development team to meet or exceed new sales goals, including enhancement and irrigation project revenue.

* Accurately estimate and price new and renewal work, ensuring proper margins and service alignment.

Operations Management

: * Oversee the scheduling and execution of field work (maintenance, irrigation, spray, and enhancements).

* Monitor labor hours, gross margins, and budget adherence across all accounts.

* Ensure accurate and timely billing in collaboration with the accounting department.
