* Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited four-year college or university. * Licensed Landscape Architect with 4-6 years’ experience. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Computer skills in design-based software applications including CAD and GIS. * Additional computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. * Strong organizational and technical skills with attention to detail. * Ability to handle and delegate multiple tasks. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Ability to work well with, coach, and direct others with different personalities and professional styles. * Strong problem-solving skills. Capable of defining the problem, identifying alternative solutions, presenting recommendations. * Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and ability to follow. * Knowledgeable in the interpretation and application of the current local and state specifications for Public Works Construction. * Ability to plan and deliver effective oral and written presentations. * Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
