Landscape Architect and Project Manager

We seek a licensed Landscape Architect with project management experience to join our Aspen studio team. Responsibilities --------------------

• Serve in a firm-wide leadership capacity pursuing and implementating legacy work through exceptional design, project documentation, planning, business development, and/or project management.
• Provide landscape architecture, planning and project management services to a wide variety of private and public clients.
• Perform project manager or lead designer/planner role on projects of various scales.
• Support other project managers or designer/planners on large, complex projects.

Qualifications

Requirements include four years (ideally 5-7 years) of demonstrated skill in site design, technical design documentation and construction observation experience; project management and business development; successful management of projects from conceptual design through completion of construction documents; proven experience producing drawings and specifications from the schematic stage through construction observation.
