Landscape and Mowing TeaM MemberS

Helpful skills/requirements

• Mow, trim, and edge turf areas using riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, and string trimmers.
• Prune shrubs and small ornamental trees.
• Performs planting and related activities.
• Performs related duties to assist in landscaping and hardscaping installation.
• Digs holes and trenches and excavates for hardscaping using various hand tools and equipment.
• Hauls or spreads topsoil, gravel, sand, mulch, or related materials using wheelbarrows and rakes.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment, including the work site and equipment
• Available to work extended hours during peak season. (half days on Saturday no Sunday work.)

Required Qualifications

• Ability to think and problem solve
• Valid Indiana driver license with a good driving record
• Experience a plus but not required.

Compensation for candidates who meet the requirements.

• $18-$25 per hour based on experience
• Overtime pay
• Uniforms
• Paid time off and sick pay.
