Daily responsibilities may include: - Rock removal and site preparation - Ground leveling and grading - Sod installation - Trenching for landscaping and irrigation systems - Irrigation installation and system setup - General landscape cleanup and finishing work to create a clean, polished final product - Shoveling, raking, pushing wheelbarrows, and other physical labor tasks

The ideal candidate is: - Reliable and consistently on time - Professional and respectful on the job site - Able to work carefully around materials, equipment, and finished work - Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and performing outdoor labor - Motivated to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results - Willing to learn and take direction

On-the-job training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop skills and grow within the landscaping and irrigation industry. This position begins with a one-month probationary period, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. Additional incentives are available based on quality of work and job completion efficiency. We offer full-time employment with guaranteed work and projects scheduled years out.
