We are looking for a dedicated Landscape Specialist who takes immense pride in their craft and understands that keeping our campus safe, tidy, and beautiful directly brightens the lives of seniors every single day.

Your Daily Goals (Responsibilities)

• Creating Sanctuary: Mowing, trimming, and edging our lawns to keep the campus looking pristine and welcoming.
• Seasonal Color & Character: Planting and maintaining vibrant flower beds, shrubs, and trees to create engaging, beautiful views for our residents.
• Safety & Accessibility: Keeping walking paths, courtyards, and entryways meticulously clear of debris, overgrown branches, and seasonal hazards (like leaves or light snow).
• Courteous Care: Safely operating commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers with a high awareness of your surroundings, always showing respect and courtesy when working near residents and guests.
• Campus Pride: Ensuring outdoor seating areas, patios, and gazebos are clean, safe, and ready for residents to enjoy.

• A Bright Disposition: A friendly, respectful attitude. You will be a visible part of our community and may occasionally interact with residents, families, and staff.
• Outdoor Stamina: A love for working under the open sky in various weather conditions and the physical capability to lift up to [50/80] lbs consistently.
