Job Overview

We’re hiring technicians to install residential and commercial drainage piping, low-voltage landscape lighting, and irrigation systems. Daily tasks involve trench digging, working outdoors, and operating heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, mini skid steers, and ride-on trenchers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license held for 2+ years with clean driving record (MVR required)
• Comfortable driving long wheelbase vehicles and trucks with trailers
• Reliable transportation to our Youngsville office required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work; lifting 50+ lbs frequently
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, and muddy conditions
• Positive team player with a willingness to learn and advance through technician levels
• Bilingual a plus but not required
