Irrigation Technician and Installer

We are looking for an Irrigation Technician to join our sprinkler installation and repair team. Our ideal candidate has some experience in irrigation and is comfortable working independently, but we are willing to train applicants with basic mechanical skills and a good work ethic. Since this job involves traveling to different locations to perform valve repairs, you must have a driver's license. Experience with irrigation system installation and service is required for this position.

Irrigation Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Install irrigation or sprinkler systems
• Test systems for potential issues
• Evaluate winterization of each system
• Sprinkler valve repair
• Landscape areas as needed
• Communicating professionally and friendly with Customers to discuss job details
• Updating office with job updates and writing daily job reports upon completion of each job

Irrigation Technician Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Some post-secondary training in irrigation or landscaping is preferred
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to drive a work truck or van

Pay is based on experience and performance completed. 30 day review to be performed to discuss performance and possible future pay increases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
