Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative - Hardscape & Landscape

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative. If you have passion for landscaping, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceptional customer service, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and callers with product selection, design ideas, and material estimates.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of hardscape & landscape products.
• Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, or online channels promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Accurately enter orders into the sales system, coordinate delivery schedules, and assist in the yard with loading heavy materials.
• Execute full sales transaction cycle: processing with cash, checks, credit cards.
• Help keep the sales counter, showroom, and material yard organized and safe.

Qualifications

• Typically 1+ years experience of retail or wholesale experience within the hardscape, landscape, or construction supply industries.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy objects (frequently up to 50lbs), along with a willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively de-escalate issues, answer technical inquiries, and build rapport with customers.
• Basic proficiency in point-of-sales systems (POS) and microsoft office.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
