Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated House Cleaner and Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our home and office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean and tidy environment inside our home and office, as well as help maintaining the outdoor areas.

Responsibilities

*House Cleaning:*

• Clean and sanitize rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Perform other general cleaning tasks as needed.

*Groundskeeping:*

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns and shrubs.
• Weed and maintain flower beds.
• Rake leaves and remove debris.
• Maintain outdoor pathways and driveways.
• Perform minor landscaping tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in house cleaning and groundskeeping is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
• Reliable transportation.

Compensation

* Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
