Job Summary

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning, trash removal, and vacuuming
• Ensure all common areas and rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Perform duties in a professional manner, display respect and patience to residents
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and be aware of any company-related practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper or groundskeeper
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
• Must be able to work outdoors all seasons of the year
