Hardscape Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hardscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and hands-on experience with various hardscape projects. This role involves working outdoors, collaborating with other team members, and utilizing a variety of tools and equipment to create beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
• Operate heavy equipment when necessary, following safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in the restoration of existing hardscape features as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or hardscape labor is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction management practices, estimating, and inspection processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and basic carpentry skills is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience with concrete forming, plastering, stucco application, and tile laying is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
