Handyman Assistant/Grounds Maintenance

Handyman assistant

Full time- 40 hrs/week

Pay starts at $17/hr but can be negotiated after 90 day probationary period.

1099 position for now.

General responsibilities include helping building maintenance person with general repairs, some grounds keeping, and light construction.

May have to work some weekends and some holidays.

MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
