Navajo Preference Employment Act : In accordance with Navajo Nation and federal law, TCRHCC has implemented an Affirmative Action Plan pursuant to the Navajo Preference in Employment Act. Overview: POSITION SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to provide ground maintenance and minor building repair maintenance throughout Tuba City Regional Health Care campuses. Groundskeeper/Recycler maintains the exterior safety, cleanliness, and aesthetics of the building facility for Tuba City Regional Health Care campuses while managing waste diversion and recycling program. Performs ground maintenance and minor repair maintenance on building, utilities, and equipment. Prevents hazards, ensuring environmental compliance, and supporting the facility’s overall infection control standards. Qualifications: NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS*Education:*

High School diploma or GED

*Experience:*

• A minimum of one (1) year experience in landscaping, commercial groundskeeping, and facilities maintenance.
• Demonstrate through past work experience the knowledge in operations of power tools and equipment pertinent to maintenance of grounds and buildings

*Certification:*

Must have a current driver's license withour restrictions and maintain throughout employment
