ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Maintains all landscapes, including trimming trees and other gardening work to ensure appearance, safety and cleanliness * Maintains exterior grounds, including painting of curbs, signs, etc., fixing signs and repairing fences to ensure appearance, safety and cleanliness * Removes snow and de-ices road and sidewalk surface to ensure safety and convenience of guests and Team Members * Repairs asphalt and concrete surfaces * Installs and repairs sprinkler systems * Empties trash receptacles on exterior grounds * Assists in the general maintenance of the interior and exterior of the casino including repairing, altering or reconstructing equipment and facilities, using appropriate material, supplies or parts * Performs repairs and maintenance on equipment * Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same Other duties as assigned *
