More specifically, the Groundskeeper I is responsible for performing all tasks related to maintaining the campus grounds, roads and parking lots. This includes but is not limited to trash collection from the campus grounds/parking lots, seasonal landscaping and snow removal. In addition, the position is required assist Event Services with the set up/breakdown of room arrangements, assembly of furniture/staging and relocation of equipment. This position is designated as Essential Personnel. The incumbent is required to assist in meeting the operational needs of the College during emergencies and college closures, as well as, ensure continuity of strategic services.
