We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Groundskeeper/Janitor to join our team in Dickinson, ND. If you take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and are committed to exceeding our residents’ expectations, we want to hear from you!

Mission

The Groundskeeper/Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the apartment community. This role supports resident satisfaction by ensuring common areas, grounds, and vacant units are clean, well-maintained, and market-ready while upholding company standards and safety protocols.

Accountabilities

• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
• Remove trash from vacant units, common areas, office areas, and property perimeter.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, building exteriors, parking lots, and amenities to ensure strong curb appeal.
• Perform lawn care, planting, seasonal garden maintenance, and snow/ice removal as assigned.
