As a Groundskeeper you will

* Cleaning driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways or any other public areas * Maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas * Snow removal, pool cleaning or routine pool maintenance

Reports to: Property Manager and/or Maintenance Manager

Qualifications: * Valid Driver's License required * Prior grounds/landscaping maintenance experience preferred * Attention to detail * Ability to life heavy equipment and appliances using proper tools and safety equipment

Other Requirements

(Background Check and Drug Screening): Must be able to pass a drug test, criminal history and background checks prior to employment with Sterling Management Ltd.

Physical Demands

* Ability to read and comprehend moderately complex documents. * Ability to verbally and in writing communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. * Moderate level of repetitive typing using a computer keyboard. * Ability to travel to different work sites via personal automobile, rental car, airplane and other public transportation modes up to 20% of the time. * Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, climb stairs and ladder...
