DESCRIPTION

:

Frank Phillips College is searching for an individual that is an energetic groundskeeper to keep our campus grounds functionally and aesthetically sound. The groundskeeper will maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, stair and paths. You will keep grounds free from trash, litter, debris, and weeds. The goal is to ensure the campus is well-cared for.

QUALIFICATIONS

:

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

* Possession of a valid driver’s license is required for this position.

* Previous maintenance, mechanical, or related work experience preferred.

BENEFITS

:

Part-time positions do not offer benefit packages.

SALARY

:

Salary is commensurate with experience and education.
