Landscapes and maintains the grounds of the hospital campus.

* Creates. cultivates, and maintains lawns, shrubs, and flower beds. + Grounds are maintained in such a fashion that they are aesthetically pleasing. + Trees are pruned and shrubs trimmed to promote their health. + Gardens and flower beds are cultivated, planted, and weeded. + Lawns are mowed on a routine basis to maintain a good appearance. + Work performed is documented. + Grounds are landscaped to be aesthetically pleasing and easy to maintain. + Grounds are maintained in a safe and clean condition. + Reduces costs through effective use of tools, parts, information, and skills. * Maintains hand and power tools used in gardening. + Hand tools and power tools are maintained in good working order. * Maintains all exterior paved areas. + Concrete and asphalt surfaces are maintained. + Paved areas are clean and free of trash.
