We are pursuing an experienced working Property Groundskeeper to work with a service team and provide grounds support and basic support of the residential maintenance for class A properties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support assigned property within the NewCastle portfolio.
• Daily grounds pick up and maintenance.
• Responsible for keeping the community clean and neat, which can include lawncare responsibilities.
• Exterior Maintenance: paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, ensure clean parking lots.
• Support Maintenance team in preparing for and handling snow removal.
• Clean Clubhouse, common areas, and property amenities.
• Swimming Pool upkeep and cleaning.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and request, through the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager, the purchase of necessary supplies.
• Perform other duties as requested by Maintenance Supervisor /Property Manager.
