About the Role

As a Groundskeeper, you’ll be a key member of our maintenance and operations team. You’ll help ensure that the property's grounds, amenities, and common areas are clean, attractive, and in top condition for residents and guests. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor common areas, including walkways, courtyards, pool areas, and parking lots.
• Perform regular trash pickup and remove debris from grounds.
• Maintain landscaping by watering plants, trimming shrubs, and reporting any issues to maintenance staff or management.
• Assist with seasonal upkeep, such as leaf and snow removal (as needed).
• Monitor outdoor lighting and report outages or maintenance needs.
• Support the maintenance team with curb appeal projects and other light tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly.
