This role is essential in maintaining curb appeal, preparing apartment homes, and ensuring our properties remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests. • Compensation: $20.00/hour for Groundskeeper responsibilities; $22.00–$25.00/hour for candidates with Make-Ready experience, depending on qualifications and experience.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas clean and well maintained
• Perform general groundskeeping and pool area upkeep
• Assist with landscaping tasks including planting, weeding, and trimming
• Remove trash and debris from the property
• Support make-ready operations including trash-outs, unit cleaning, and apartment preparation
• Complete light maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting, replacing light bulbs, pressure washing, and cleaning windows
• Assist the maintenance team with additional property needs as assigned
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and resident-friendly environment
