Your Opportunity: Groundskeeper

We’re growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Groundskeeper to join our team. If you take pride in keeping outdoor areas clean, safe, and beautiful—and enjoy working outside in all types of weather—this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing: Keep It Clean: Walk the property throughout the day to pick up litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and presentable. Apartment Turn Support: Assist the make-ready process by removing trash and remaining items from vacant units and disposing of them appropriately. Maintain Trash Areas: Clean and organize trash storage zones and manage trash/recycling containers—pulling them out and returning them per the pickup schedule. Resident Communication: Help with distributing notices and flyers to residents as needed to support community communication and operations. Team Support: Work closely with the maintenance and management team to help the property run smoothly.
