is looking for a Groundskeeper at our 296 -unit apartment community located in Lawrence, Ks.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

* responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of interior & exterior common areas, grounds, hallways and amenities

REPORTS TO

Service Manager to receive direction, priorities, and daily assignments

THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR MONTHLY RENEWAL BONUSES!

Pay: $18.00 per hour
