Grounds Maintenance Technician

* Job Description:

This person will be responsible for the proper maintenance and appearance of the commercial and residential lawns that GreenCare maintains. GreenCare will provide all of the necessary training to the qualified applicant. You will be allowed a training period and will not be expected to perform all job duties from the start. * Job Duties and Requirements:

The following is of what a Grounds Maintenance Technician will be responsible for: + Ability to work unsupervised and follow property routes. + Ability to fill out route documentation. + Ability to operate: lawn mowers, weed trimmers, blowers, power-brooms, and other hand held power equipment. + Ability to properly: mow and trim lawns, de-weed landscape beds, remove sand from grass using a power-broom. + Ability to perform tasks in a timely manner while keeping up with quality standards. * As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, your primary focus will be the items discussed above, but not limited to those items only. You may be asked to fill in for other divisions when called upon.
