Summary

North Side Properties Development Company, an affiliate for Mistick Construction is searching for a Grounds/Laborer.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash around all properties including the office and warehouse.
• Pick up the mail at the Post Office.
• Clean out vacated units.
• Deliver tools/materials to buildings as needed.
• Assist with some maintenance tasks when needed.
• Assist with replacing appliances as needed.
• Assist with stocking materials at the warehouse when needed.
• Spray/cut weeds along sidewalks and off-street parking areas as needed (subcontracted).
• Assist with landscaping/trimming as needed.
• Assist with snow removal as needed (subcontracted).
• Pressure wash the dumpster areas/trash enclosures as needed.

***Must have a valid driver’s license***

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
