Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Foreman, Landscape Hardscape, to lead our hardscape construction projects. In this role, you will oversee the installation of stone, concrete, masonry, and other hardscape features, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will inspire our skilled crew and ensure seamless coordination on every project phase.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on landscape hardscape sites, including stonework, concrete forming, masonry, and fabrication tasks
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Lead and motivate a team of skilled craftsmen in tasks such as carpentry, tile laying, plastering, and concrete finishing
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient installation processes
• Conduct construction inspections to maintain safety protocols and quality control throughout each project phase
• Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape hardscape construction or related fields such as masonry, concrete forming, or restoration projects
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques
