Facilities Maintenance and Landscaping Technician

The Facilities Maintenance and Landscaping Technician will ensure the upkeep and functionality of both our internal and external facilities through a variety of maintenance tasks for four different facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for all.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following

Embraces the 1 T.E.A.M. culture * Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation. * Landscape and maintain outdoor spaces for residential, commercial facilities * Residential and commercial painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards * Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively * Lead projects related to facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools. * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Proficiency in residential painting techniques. * Proficiency in landscaping * Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. * Knowledge of logic controllers and ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among staff members. * Comprehensive understanding of facilities maintenance practices, ensuring high standards are met. * Ability to maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in optimal condition.
