EXPERIENCED Lawn Care Technician

EZGreen Lawn Care is a growing lawn and landscaping company based in Medina, OH. We are looking to hire a reliable, hard-working, and experienced lawn care technician to join our team.

This is a full-time position with consistent hours and opportunity to grow into a crew lead role.

Immediate Hire Available – Qualified candidates can start right away.

Note: A valid driver’s license is required for this position

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mowing residential and commercial properties
• String trimming and edging
• Blowing off driveways, sidewalks, and patios
• Working efficiently to complete daily routes

What We’re Looking For

• Shows up on time, every day
• Works hard and moves with urgency
• Takes pride in clean, detailed work
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experience with stand-on or zero-turn mowers is required

Pay & Schedule

• $22–25 per hour based on experience
• 40–50 hours per week (overtime available)
• Biweekly direct deposit

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license (required – you will be driving company trucks)
• Must have some sort of experience in the lawn care/maintenance field
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work each day
• Must be able to work 40–50 hours per week consistently
• Must be able to work outdoors in heat, rain, and varying conditions
• Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet all day
• Must be comfortable working independently and maintaining production standards
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required
• Must be able to follow directions and maintain quality standards
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
