What You'll Actually Be Doing

* Operating excavators and skid steers (not just watching someone else do it). * Installing premium hardscapes, water features, retaining walls, and rockeries. * Working directly under a Site Manager—leading and motivating your crew. * Reading plans, setting grades, and keeping sites tight and professional. * Building projects you'll actually want to show your friends.

What We Need From You

* 3+ years landscape construction experience (you know the difference between a compactor and a jackhammer). * Heavy equipment skills—excavators, skid steers, etc. * Valid driver's license + reliable transportation. * The grit to work outdoors year-round (yes, even in Seattle winters). * Leadership potential and a no-drama attitude. * Bilingual? Huge plus.
