Experienced Hardscape Foreman

We are currently in search of diligent, reliable Hardscape Foreman and Laborers to join our professional team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing our customers' visions to life through meticulous coordination of hardscape and landscape projects. Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and collaborate with landscaping and hardscaping crews
• Ensure jobs are executed in line with industry and company standards
• Communicate project plans and production goals with team members and clients
• Adhere to all safety and maintenance procedures
• Monitor and record all expenses and crew hours worked
• Prepare and oversee job sites from inception to completion
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Complete all necessary paperwork and job-related information
• Engage with clients to ensure job satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams
• Proficiency in installing a variety of hardscape and landscape applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery
• Valid driver's license
• Consistent, reliable attendance record
• Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions
