Responsibilities

* Train and mentor crewmembers for on-the-job training. * Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts. * Familiar with budgeted hours for each of your jobs. Monitor by reviewing job hours, reports, and job costs effectively. * Foster relationships with onsite customers * Driving quality and efficiency * Proactive approach to identifying issues in the field with communication to customer * Promote extra work through time and material work orders * Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment following company’s guidelines and policies

Qualifications

* Ability to manage internal team members with proper training on equipment * Experience working with customers and building relationships * Minimum one year experience performing commercial contract maintenance * Ability to identify and diagnose, and treat plant palate diseases * Working knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance * Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record over the last three years.
