Commercial Landscape Crew Member

Stone Lawn Works is a growing commercial landscaping company serving Hampton Roads. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and aren't afraid of a hard day's work outdoors.

Whether you have years of landscaping experience or none at all, we're willing to train the right person. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic above everything else.

This is a full-time position with opportunities to learn new skills, grow within the company, and build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

As a member of our crew, your responsibilities may include

• Commercial landscape maintenance
• Landscape installation for commercial properties and select residential projects
• Mulching, planting, and bed maintenance
• Property cleanups and seasonal improvements
• Operating landscaping equipment and hand tools
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Assisting with additional services as needed, including opportunities to learn irrigation, lighting, and other specialty services

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation to and from our Suffolk shop
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor throughout the workday

Experience

• Landscaping experience is preferred but not required
• Paid, hands-on training is provided for motivated individuals
• Day-rate pay based on experience and position
