Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Denver Metro market, ensuring the achievement of financial, operational, and customer service objectives. This role drives revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and asset optimization while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and employee engagement. The Branch Manager leads cross-functional teams, develops high-performing talent, and ensures the delivery of exceptional service that strengthens client relationships and supports long-term business success. Qualifications Education * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or equivalent experience (10+ years in a related field).

Language Skills

* Ability to read, write, and comprehend English. * Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from employees and clients. * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Mathematical Skills

* Intermediate to advanced math skills. * Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
