Job Description

We are seeking diligent, self-motivated, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Groundskeeper / Maintenance Staff. As a KOA Staff Member, you will play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll assist with a variety of tasks, from general groundskeeping & maintenance to working with customers filling propane and other light construction duties, as well as participating in event production at the KOA.

Key Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping: Mowing, weed eating, spraying, & tree maintenance.
• Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the campground, including restroom facilities, common areas, cabins, and outdoor spaces.
• Basic Maintenance: Replace 30A/50A circuit breakers on pad site pedestals.
• Retail: Support the front desk by filling propane cylinders, assisting with U-Haul rentals, and event production.
• Safety and Security: Ensure a safe environment for guests by monitoring the campground and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.

Qualifications

Team Collaboration: Work with other staff members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
