We are a faith-based nonprofit with 160 years of service, set on a beautiful rural campus—and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly and looking its best.

What You’ll Do (The Important Stuff!)

Perform general maintenance and repairs for buildings, grounds, and vehicles
Help keep our campus safe, clean, and well-maintained
Troubleshoot issues and take pride in fixing what needs fixed

*This is NOT factory maintenance—this is meaningful, hands-on work in a residential care setting.*

Schedule

Primarily Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Occasional flexibility needed

What You Bring

18+ with High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Valid Ohio Driver’s License (less than 6 points, and no more than 2 moving violations)
Ability to pass background, driving record, and drug screenings
Experience in building and grounds maintenance

Application Question(s)

Physical Job requirements: Exerting/lifting/carrying 25 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, or 10 to 25 lbs. of force frequently, or 10 to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Must be comfortable with all aspects of the job including groundskeeping, weed spray, weed whip, snow removal, building and car maintenance. . Are you able to meet the physical requirements of this position?
You will undergo a driving record check, criminal background check, drug screening (including marijuana), several data base checks including sex offender listing, abuser registry, Systems of Awards Management database. Will you pass all of these checks?
This job pays $21.00 an hour. and is generally Monday through Friday day shift. Due to the nature of this position, you will be required to sometimes come in outside of this shift as needed. If you work more than 40 hours a week, you will be paid at a rate of time and one half.
