The Facilities Buildings & Groundskeeper performs unskilled maintenance of equipment and the physical plant of the hospital complex. Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working outside in various temperature elements.

: Full time (40 hours), Day Shift, Weekend Work Required

Requirements

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License verifiable through the Motor Vehicle Administration
• Greater than 1 year of general maintenance experience including experience with power and manual equipment for lawn maintenance and snow/ice removal.
• Fundamental/introductory knowledge of buildings and grounds maintenance techniques,
• procedures and materials.
• Knowledge of safety rules, procedures and practices, including the proper use of safety
• equipment as defined by OSHA and industry standards.
