Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule - must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Dependable, detail oriented, self motivated
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Critical thinking
• Problem solving skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up with vendors
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments such as Front Desk
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification (not required, but highly encouraged)

Prior maintenance experience and general maintenance knowledge is required. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the upkeep of the property which will include: individual units, pool/spa, lawn and common areas.

• Cleaning/chemical balancing - pool & hot tub
• Sheetrock repair
• Texture
• Paint
• Plumbing - faucets, garbage disposals, etc
• Toilet repair
• Minor electrical - light fixtures, installing ceiling fans, replacing outlets, etc.
• Irrigation
• Trash clean up/removal
• Minor appliance repair - ice makers, heating elements, etc.
• Carpentry work
• Maintain proper equipment and supply inventory
• Groundskeeping
