As the Local Office Safety Coordinator (LOSC), you will play a critical role in the success of our business by enhancing the skills, performance, and productivity of trainees and team members in our xxx office. As an LOSC, you will play an important role in:* Partnering with the local manager and arborist representatives to manage and develop the office safety program * Providing safe on-site training, mentoring, and supervision of crew members of all skill levels * Ensuring that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated job assignment * Conducting periodic crew, facility, and pesticide storage audits * Ensuring that new employee orientations are conducted in a meaningful way * Scheduling and conduct daily Tailgate Safety Meetings * Ensuring that all tree care work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards * Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific...
