Position Overview

As an Arborist Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Arborists, assisting customers, and helping ensure the smooth operation of our sales process. You will serve as an important point of contact for customers while helping our team stay organized, responsive, and focused on delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

A typical day may include

• Making outbound sales calls and assisting with lead generation efforts
• Creating proposals and supporting the sales process
• Scheduling customer appointments and maintaining multiple sales calendars
• Providing exceptional customer service on inbound phone calls
• Building positive relationships with customers and processing payments
• Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system
• Assisting with administrative tasks, paperwork, and sales support activities
• Monitoring calls and participating in coaching and training sessions
• Supporting Sales Arborists with day-to-day operational needs
• Helping ensure timely follow-up with customers and prospects
• Collaborating with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience
