Green Image Landscaping is a growing South Florida landscape company serving commercial, HOA, and residential clients across Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties.

We are looking for a strong Landscape Maintenance Account Manager who can manage client relationships, inspect properties, coach field teams, identify enhancement opportunities, and make sure our maintenance accounts are running at a high level.

This is not a desk job. This role is for someone who likes being in the field, walking properties, solving problems, communicating with clients, and helping crews perform better.

About the Role

The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for assigned landscape maintenance accounts from both a client and quality standpoint.

You will be the main point of contact for property managers and clients. You will visit properties, review service quality, communicate priorities to field supervisors, help resolve issues, and look for opportunities to improve each account.

The ideal candidate has landscape maintenance experience, understands commercial and HOA properties, communicates professionally, and knows how to hold standards without creating confusion for the crews. As the Landscape Maintenance Account Manager, you will set the standard for service quality across every account.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of commercial, HOA, landscape, and irrigation maintenance accounts
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and property managers
• Conduct regular property walk-throughs to review quality, service needs, and client concerns
• Build strong relationships with clients to improve retention and satisfaction
• Respond to client questions, requests, complaints, and service concerns in a timely and professional way
